Gregg Kabacinski   (qualifications)
Gregg founded Gregg L. Kabacinski & Associates in 1985. He has been a practicing actuary and financial consultant since 1975. Gregg was employed by the actuarial and benefits consulting firms of Wyatt & Company (now Watson Wyatt Worldwide) and Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company before starting his own consulting firm. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Finance from Walsh College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Gregg’s areas of expertise are QDROs, financial analysis, and actuarial valuations of retirement benefits, life estates, and economic losses. He has drafted portions of the EDRO Act, authored a chapter of QDROs, EDROs and Retirement Benefits: A Guide for Michigan Practitioners, lectured both state and county bar associations, and provided QDRO seminars at the request of judges and attorneys. Additionally, Gregg is a founding member of the State Bar of Michigan Ad Hoc Committee on QDROs, where he has been a leading advocate for clients against unfair plan administration.

Jeffrey Igo   (qualifications)
Jeff joined Kabacinski & Associates in 1988. His expertise is in valuations of pensions, retirement accounts, health insurance benefits, social security benefits, child support, alimony, stock options, structured settlements, and economic losses. Jeff earned a Master of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics at Wayne State University, which he continues to apply as he teaches college math courses when not working at Kabacinski & Associates.

Karen Mitchell
Karen joined Kabacinski & Associates in 1995. In addition to fulfilling the administrative needs of the company, she answers questions regarding QDROs and assists with preparing orders. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French from Marygrove College and is a Certified Translator. She also completed CEBS Course III - Defined Contribution Approaches.
